Te Waka -Kahurangi Reading Group

Te waka is about these young adults who row there waka to different villages. They never stop chanting this haka as they row.

“toi mai”
“te waka”
“ki te urunga”
“te waka”

These particular boys got picked because there ancestors rowed the same waka and they wanted to keep it running through their families.

Dissolve It!

I worked with Alex and Troy. Our experiment was to see what lolly pop would dissolve the quickest in different liquids. We got Highly Commended Award. It was a lot of fun.
