Two Moons on 27th August 2010
27th Aug the Whole World is waiting for.............
Planet Mars will be the brightest in the night sky starting August. It will look as large as the full moon to the naked eye. This will culminate on Aug 27th when Mars comes within 34.65M miles of earth.
Be sure to watch the sky on Aug 27 12:30 am. It will look like the earth has 2 moons.
The next time Mars may come this close is in 2287.

Snack Attack
At school we are learning about following instructions, body image, why we eat foods and what we eat. We have also been cooking in the classroom and learning about healthy eating. Friday (all day) - Whole school dress rehearsal
Monday - Maori Culture Group / Room 4 (meet at 6:45 for our opening item at 7:00, or item takes only 5minutes so parents only have to wait 20 minutes)
Tuesday night - Senior Syndicate Variety Show night!!!!!!!
